Scans the specified custom template groups and renders all templates in those template groups.  Useful if you want to create a new template and include it somewhere.  To do this conventionally, you would either have to make a plugin that adds the template, or you would have to make the template and then modify global.php so that it recognizes it.  What this plugin allows you to do is create custom templates and then include them in other templates without having to modify global.php or create plugins.  To do this, create a custom template group in the admin and then create some custom templates in it.  Then specify these template groups in this plugin's settings and embed the templates in whatever other templates you want.
